SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new oligoglycol-carbonate prodrugs based on 5-modified 2' -deoxyuridines, represented by the general formula:

where R1, R2 and R3 independently of each other mean:
R1 =-CmH2m+1, (m=10, 11, 12, 14, 16);
R2 =-C(O)(OC2H4)3OH, -C(O)(OC2H4)4OH, -H;
R3 =-C(O)(OS2H4)3OH, -H.
New C-5 derivatives 2'- deoxyuridines able to inhibit the growth of gram-positive bacteria, including resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium smegmatis are proposed.
EFFECT: new oligoglycol-carbonate prodrugs based on 5-modified 2'-deoxyuridines with antibacterial activity against a number of gram-positive bacteria, including resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium smegmatis.
