Method includes oral injection of the complex microelement preparation Abioiodselen to broiler chickens from the 5th day of age with water for drinking at a dose of 5 ml/liter of water every 3 days up to the 35th day of age. The broiler chickens are also fed with feed additive Abiopeptide orally with water for drinking at the dose of 1 ml/liter every other day up to the age of 35 days.

EFFECT: invention provides for increasing biological value and quality of the poultry meat by increasing the meat essential amino acids content and enriching the meat with iodine and selenium.
