FIELD: poultry farming and veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry farming and veterinary medicine and may be used to increase biological value of broiler chicken meat. Method includes oral injection of the complex microelement preparation Abioiodselen to broiler chickens from the 5th day of age with water for drinking at a dose of 5 ml/liter of water every 3 days up to the 35th day of age. The broiler chickens are also fed with feed additive Abiopeptide orally with water for drinking at the dose of 1 ml/liter every other day up to the age of 35 days.
EFFECT: invention provides for increasing biological value and quality of the poultry meat by increasing the meat essential amino acids content and enriching the meat with iodine and selenium.
