FIELD: aerosol-generating product.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to an aerosol-generating product providing electrical stimulation to the user and a holder for the aerosol-generating product. An article for generating an aerosol for providing electrical stimulation to a user contains an aerosol-generating substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first tipping paper and a second tipping paper. The first electrode is located at a first position of the aerosol-generating substrate to provide a first electrical contact with the user, and the second electrode is located at a second position on the front surface of the aerosol-generating substrate to provide a second electrical contact with the user, the second position being different from the first position to create an electrical potential between the first electrode and the second electrode to provide electrical stimulation to the user. The first electrode is accessible to a first region of the mouth being a first region on the user's tongue, and the second electrode is accessible to a second region of the user's mouth different from the first region, the first electrode and the second electrode being electrically coupled to an electrical power source to provide an electrical potential between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected to a first electrically conductive element extending at least partially along the aerosol-generating substrate, the first electrically conductive element is electrically connected to a first electrical terminal located on the aerosol-generating substrate. The first electrical terminal is configured to be electrically connected to an electrical power source. The second electrode is electrically connected to a second electrically conductive element extending at least partially along the aerosol-forming substrate, the second electrically conductive element is electrically connected to a second electrical terminal located on the aerosol-forming substrate, and the second electrical terminal is configured to be electrically connected to an electrical power source. The first electrical terminal and the second electrical terminal are located on the first tipping paper. The first electrically conductive element and the second electrically conductive element are located on the second tipping paper. The first tipping paper and the second tipping paper are wound together in an overlapping manner such that the first electrical terminal is electrically in contact with the first electrically conductive member and the second electrical terminal is electrically in contact with the second electrically conductive member.
EFFECT: electrical stimulation is provided to different parts of the tongue and the taste buds located there.
