FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerosol-generating article (100) having first section (114) comprising a combustible heat source (102) and aerosol-forming substrate (104) and second section (118) comprising tubular member (150) forming recess (152) on one end of second section (118). First and second sections (114, 118) are connected as a whole in area (122) of the least resistance and can be separated in the area of the least resistance. This makes it possible to place tubular element (150) above combustible source (102) of heat after using an aerosol-generating article such that combustible heat source is at least partially placed in recess (152) to reduce smoking inclinations. First section is located upstream relative to the second section, if the first and second sections are connected as a whole, and the tubular element is at least partially open on both its ends so that air can be drawn through the tubular element.
EFFECT: tubular element is located either on the downstream end of the second section so that the recess forms a cavity of the end brought to the mouth, or is located on the upstream end so that the recess forms the moving element.
