FIELD: thermal insulation materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in transport, civil and industrial construction for thermal insulation of road surfaces, walls and/or various elements of residential buildings. The charge for the production of porous geopolymer material includes coal generation waste, an activating component and a blowing agent, while ash and slag waste from the Severodvinsk Thermal Power Plant is used as coal generation waste, having a chemical composition, wt.%: SiO2 61,57; Al2O3 17,91; Fe2O3 6,01; MgO 2,75; Na2O 3,59; K2O 2,32; CaO 2,1; TiO2 0,83; MnO 0,07; P2O5 0,21; SO3 0,32; other impurities 2.32, liquid glass and NaOH powder as the activating component, and 30% hydrogen peroxide solution as the blowing agent in the following ratio of components, wt. %: ash and slag waste from Severodvinsk Thermal Power Plant 68-72, NaOH powder 1-4, process water 3-8, liquid glass 20-24, 30% hydrogen peroxide solution, over 100 1-3.
EFFECT: obtaining a porous geopolymer material with an average compressive strength of more than 1 MPa and an average density of less than 400 kg/m3.
