FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tunable magnon microwave generator is proposed, containing spin-wave delay line 2 made of a nanometer-thick microwave guide, input 3 and output 4 three-strip spin wave microantennas connected to coplanar transmission lines tapering towards the microantenna. Spin-wave delay line 2 is placed in magnetic system 5. The output of the spin-wave delay line is connected to the input of microwave amplifier 6. The output of microwave amplifier 6, through microwave directional coupler 7, is connected to the input three-strip microantenna of spin waves 3.
EFFECT: reduced size of a tunable magnon microwave oscillator and reduced phase noise level.
