Moreover, the first variable NumSubLayersInLayerInOLS [i] [j] indicates the number of sublayers in the j-th layer in the i-th OLS, the second variable OutputLayerIdInO1s [i] [j] indicates the value of nuh_layer_id of the j-th output layer in the i-th OLS, while the first variable and second variable are derived from the value of variable max_tid_il_ref_pics_plus1[i].
