SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to predict the outcome of primary intracerebral hemorrhage within 90 days. Upon admission, the patient’s age is recorded, the score on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is clinically assessed, and the presence of symptoms of dynamic hematoma enlargement, in particular the “island” symptom, is assessed based on non-contrast CT scans of the brain. After this, the outcome prediction is calculated using the formula: Pi =1/(1+exp(-(0.06967⋅x1+0.04787⋅x2 +1.04941⋅x3-5.48633)), where: Pi — probability of death in the i-th patient, x1 — patient’s age, in years, x2 — NIHSS upon admission, in points, x3 — presence of CT signs of a negative prognosis in the form of an “island” symptom: 0 — absence, 1 — presence. When Pi is more than 0.5, a high probability of death is predicted.

EFFECT: method provides increased accuracy due to high sensitivity and specificity.
