FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: hardware-software complex for monitoring the amount of discharge through drainage. The complex is a housing with electronic and mechanical components, includes a microprocessor unit, a communication unit. The microprocessor unit converts the signal from the sensor of the amount of discharge through the drain into a digital data stream that displays the weight of the container for collecting the discharge and the collected discharge. The communication unit transmits data to the site, outputs data to personal computers of medical personnel and integrates data into the medical information system. The sensor for the amount of discharge through the drainage is a strain gauge and is designed to generate a signal proportional to the mass of the container for collecting the discharge and the collected discharge. The fixed arm of the strain gauge is fixed in the housing. A container suspension unit is attached to the movable measuring arm to collect discharge through the drainage. The container for collecting discharge through the drainage is made in the form of a disposable medical product for collecting physiological and pathological fluids, such as a urinal. The complex is designed to control the amount of discharge through the drainage by measuring the weight of the collection container and the discharge entering it using a strain gauge.

EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of measuring the amount and calculating the rate of discharge through the drainage with the possibility of using it as a container for collecting discharged disposable medical products for collecting physiological and pathological fluids, thereby improving the quality of observation and patient care.
