SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to determination of electroconductive properties of biological materials on the basis of analysis of nonlinear distortions of passing electric signal. Disclosed is a method of investigating properties of biological objects based on analysis of nonlinear distortions of a passing electrical signal, comprising passing through a biological object using an electrode system of electric current, which differs in determining, in order to obtain information on this object, spectrum and level of harmonic distortions occurring when a signal passes through a biological object.

EFFECT: invention is intended for use in diagnosing normal properties and pathological deviations of these properties in diseases.
