FIELD: ultrasonic hardening.
SUBSTANCE: device for ultrasonic hardening and finishing treatment of complex profile surfaces. The device contains an additional housing, a movable housing installed in the additional housing with the ability to move along the axis, an acoustic system connected to the movable housing, a spring installed between the ends of the additional and movable housings. The device additionally contains two sliders located in the guide sliders with the possibility of rectilinear movement, two springs installed between the end of the slider and the bottom of the guide sliders, two rods with hinges providing a movable connection of the rods with the sliders and the movable body, a plate, brackets installed on the plate for fastenings of an additional housing, and two supports for guide sliders, mounted on guides on the plate with the possibility of displacement along the axis of the housings.
EFFECT: uniform microgeometric state of the surface and a constant degree of hardening of the surface layer are ensured.
