FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises acoustical system mounted inside the housing open from one of the faces with a spaced relation to the closed face and rigidly connected with the housing through zero collar of the concentrator, additional outer housing which receives the housing, and spring interposed between the housing faces. The spring presses the working tip to the surface to be worked. The face of the outer housing is provided with opening through which connecting pipes of the cooling system and electric wires pass through. The stop is made of a pin set in the longitudinal groove made in the additional outer housing and mounted on the surface of the inner housing. The surfaces of the housings which faces each other are covered with a lubricant which is a damper. The working tip is made of a ball surface.
