SUBSTANCE: device comprises acoustical system made of housing with a boss for securing the device to a machine tool mounted in the housing of the magnetostriction converter, concentrator, and detachable ultrasonic emitter connected with the concentrator. The face of the detachable ultrasonic emitter is made of working tip. The face of the concentrator is provided with joining member made of a resonance waveguide provided with openings. The openings are made along the longitudinal axis of the waveguide for permitting ultrasonic emitter to be mounted inside them. One of the openings is set in the crest plane when the resonance waveguide operates in the idle regime. The other openings are arranged from both sides of the crest plane.
