FIELD: nuclear industry.

SUBSTANCE: melt localization devices (hereinafter referred to as MLDs), equipped with a vessel for receiving and distributing the melt, in particular mechanisms that ensure the preservation of the structural integrity of the MLDs during severe accidents. The truss console of the melt localization device contains external, internal parallel and radial sectors. Additionally, it contains L-shaped pipes for receiving steam from the reactor shaft and T-shaped pipes for distributing gas and steam. The L-shaped pipes contain a first end passing through the lower force plate, a second end passing through the middle shell, and the inner shell. The T-shaped pipes contain a first end passing through the lower power plate, a second end passing through the middle shell, an inner shell, the third end is equipped with a manifold with pipelines connected to it for discharging steam. In this case, some second ends of the L-shaped pipes and T-shaped pipes are connected to pipes for steam removal, installed on the inside of the inner shell and directed upwards.

EFFECT: improving the reliability of the truss console of the melt localization device.
