SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a composition for a film-forming edible coating comprising a taste base, a structure-forming agent and a plasticiser. Taste base is directly squeezed fruit juice, cellulose is used as a structure-forming agent, and glycerine is used as a plasticiser. Composition additionally contains powdered spices.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an edible low-calorie pectin film which has high plasticity and strength, which makes it possible to slow down oxidation processes during storage of products.
