SUBSTANCE: composition comprises gustatory base, that is, meat or chicken broth, sugar syrup, fruit juice and water to be selected subject to film application. Amendment represents the sodium alginate, glycerin makes the plasticiser while ascorbic acid makes the preservative. Gustatory additives are dill or garlic volatile oils, dried ground spicery, extracts of vine, berries and salt.
EFFECT: edible low-calorie biodegradable in hot water film with specific flavour, homogeneous, transparent, high elasticity and strength, decelerated oxidation at storage.
