Film contains water as a base, ichthyo-gelatin as a structure-forming agent, glycerin as a plasticizer, as taste enhancers, salt and sugar, food colorings. One has selected quantitative ratio of ingredients.

EFFECT: improvement in the quality of the degradable water-soluble edible film, which is soluble both in hot, and in water at room temperature, transparent and without structural defects, high ductility and strength, having good taste qualities and long shelf life, with high bacteriostatic activity.
