FIELD: explosion-proof blasting means.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a small-sized explosion-proof means of initiating explosives in explosive automatic devices. The ultrasonic initiating device comprises a housing 1 in the form of a glass with an internal shelf 3 with an opening along the axis. The bottom of the housing 1 is equipped with sealed leads 8 with electrical leads 9, the explosive charge 2 from the PTS is located in contact with the upper surface of the inner shelf 3 of the housing 1 and the surface of the initiator 5, made in the form of a stepped disk. Housing 1 is equipped with a piezoelectric transducer 7 located between conductive contact plates 6, one of which is located at the bottom of housing 1 and connected to electrical inputs 9, and the second is in contact with initiator 5. The initiator 5 is located between the current-conducting contact plate 6, with a plane with a large diameter at the base resting on it, and a dielectric separating ring 4, made, for example, of fluoroplastic, and abutting the lower surface of the inner shelf 3 of the housing 1.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency due to layer-by-layer combustion of the charge and a stable flame force, simplification of the device design and improved manufacturability due to the possibility of making initiators separately from the device body, safety due to increased resistance to static electricity.
