FIELD: ignition devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of means of ignition with an electric method of using pyrotechnic compositions, propellants, solid fuel and can be used in explosive automation devices. The ignition device consists of a body made in the form of a glass of two layers: a metal layer 1 and a dielectric layer 2, installed inside the metal one 1. An initiator 3 is made in the form of a washer, located in contact with the main charge 4 of an explosive. The main charge 4 of an explosive is located between the housing contact elements 6 made in the form of conductive plates. Arresters 8 are located on the surface of the initiator 3 in contact with the main charge 4, and resistance bridges 5 are installed on the reverse side of the initiator 3. The dielectric layer 2 of the ignition device housing is provided with the housing contact elements 6 connected to the electric leads 7 located on the side of the bottom of the housing.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing efficiency due to layer-by-layer combustion of the charge and stable force of the flame, simplifying the design of the device and improving manufacturability due to the possibility of performing initiators separately from the housing of the device.
