FIELD: orthopedic dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: used to treat edentia of permanent teeth. At the stage of the initial examination, a treatment plan is drawn up with visualization of the final result through analysis, Digital Smile Design (DSD) software, facial parameters of smile macro-aesthetics and virtual 3D modeling of teeth in an aesthetically important area with the production of prosthetic prototypes using virtual mock-ups. At the stage of therapeutic preparation, plaque, tartar, and deposits in the gum pockets are removed and caries and periodontal tissue are treated. At the stage of eliminating secondary deformations, taking into account the initial clinical position of the teeth, a treatment plan is modeled in CAD using the Maestro Ortho Studio software. Create a series of digital models and produce a set of aligners. Using a set of aligners, fan-shaped discrepancies are eliminated, aligning the dentition and creating space in the mouth. At the surgical stage, a support is formed from hard and gingival tissues, and bone grafting is performed. A virtual 3D placement of implants is carried out in the Implantat-Assistant planning software, which visualizes the implantation plan. An implant template with guide bushings is made and dental implantation is carried out. After osseointegration of the implants, at the stage of orthopedic treatment, a total prosthetic procedure is performed using previously installed dental implants.
EFFECT: complete rehabilitation of patients with edentia of permanent teeth through complex treatment and visualization of the final result.
