FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for the dental treatment 3D planning and its subsequent implementation using digital 3D technologies. Proposed system comprises: patient individual data at least one storing device containing at least one of the dental rows scanning results, patient face and/or smile images, computer tomography (CT) or MRI, including the temporomandibular joints (TMJ), mandibular canals, upper and lower jaws bones, roots and the teeth coronal parts; at least one reference data storing device associated with age, sex, and/or anthropometric features, one or more computer programs loaded into at least one commands processing device, at that, one or more computer programs contain instructions for the data combination, obtained from the said patient data storage device and the reference data storage device for dental pathologies identification and for the patient data bringing to the norm, taking into account simulation movements, one-time mutually determined treatment stages virtual 3D planning, providing at least one treatment scenario for the corresponding dental pathology each treatment stage taking into account of the said simulated movements, at that, one of the treatment stages scenario change may, if necessary, lead to the corresponding change in the other treatment stages scenario, treatment stages simultaneous planning result three-dimensional modeling, recording information about the received scenarios of each stage of treatment for virtual modeling of at least one complex treatment plan based on the obtained planning result three-dimensional modeling and the corresponding dental pathology each of treatment stage all of the scenarios simultaneous analysis. Method includes: obtaining of the dentitions, face images and/or patient smiles scanning results, computer tomography (CT) or MRI, including temporomandibular joints (TMJ), mandibular canals, the upper jaw and the lower jaw bones, teeth roots and coronal parts, combined in the single coordinate space; obtained results correlation with the taken as a reference data, which are determined by the age, sex, and/or anthropometric features, and their coincidence simulation by the shape movement or changing, taking into account of the imitative functional movements, of treatment stages one-time mutually determined virtual 3D planning implementation, enabling at least one treatment scenario for the corresponding dental pathology each treatment stage, taking into account of the said imitation movements, at that, one of the treatment stages scenario change may, if necessary, lead to the corresponding change in the other treatment stages scenario, dental treatment stages simultaneous virtual planning result three-dimensional modeling, formation of at least one plan for complex treatment of the patient based on the obtained three-dimensional complex modeling and each treatment stage scenarios, and the formation, on the basis of computer three-dimensional modeling, of the patient's face and/or the smile three-dimensional image. Machine-readable data medium contains executed by one or more processors computer-readable instructions, which, during their execution, enable the method implementation.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the acceleration of planning and, accordingly, the therapeutic measures implementation, under condition of increase in the treatment planning accuracy.
