FIELD: aviation technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manned or unmanned vertical take-off and landing aircraft. A vertical take-off and landing aircraft comprises an annular airfoil wing, in the central region of which there is installed a centrifugal fan configured to pump air in the radial direction onto the lower horizontal surface of the annular wing, and above it an axial blade fan configured to supply air to the inlet centrifugal fan. Flat flaps are installed along the entire perimeter of the annular wing, each of which is designed to change the angle between the lower plane of the disk wing and the flaps in the range from 60 to 180°. Centrifugal and axial blade fans are configured for rotating their rotors in opposite directions.
EFFECT: design of the aircraft is simplified, its manoeuvring in the horizontal plane, and vibrations of the aircraft during its operation are reduced.
