FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to dairy industry, in particular, to production of functional milk-based beverages. Disclosed is a functional milk-based beverage using bee products and a vegetable component, comprising pasteurized drinking milk with fat content of not more than 2.5%, in which natural bee honey and bee pollen are used as bee products, wherein the vegetal component is represented by mango pulp with the following content of initial components, wt.%: pasteurized drinking milk with fat content of not more than 2.5% 65.0; mango pulp 20.0; natural bee honey 8.0; bee pollen 7.0.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a new functional milk-based beverage with improved organoleptic indices, high nutritive and biological value, which promotes expansion of the range of functional beverages on the domestic market of dairy products.
