FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely to production of functional vegetable-based beverages. Proposed is a vegetable-based functional beverage using bee products, in which coconut milk with fat content of 5-10% is used, beekeeping products used are natural bee honey and bee bread at ratio of 2:1, as well as banana and aloe vera puree with the following content of initial components, wt.%: coconut milk with fat content of 5-10% – 63.0; banana – 20.0; natural bee honey – 8.0; aloe vera puree – 5.0; bee bread – 4.0.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a new functional plant-based beverage with improved organoleptic indices, high nutritive and biological value, which promotes expansion of the range of functional beverages on the domestic product market.
