SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to predict the effector deficiency of cytotoxic cells by increasing the concentrations of molecules sCD54, sCD56, sCD71. In the peripheral venous blood of the examined individuals, the concentrations of sCD54, sCD56, sCD71 are determined. With a simultaneous increase in the concentrations of sCD54>300 ng/ml, sCD56>20 ng/ml and sCD71>1,900 ng/ml, a high level of risk is predicted — 95% of effector failure of cytotoxic cells.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to identify individuals at risk of cancer, intracellular infections, infectious allergies and autoimmune diseases.
