WOUND MICROCHAMBER COATING MADE OF POLYLACTIDE AND METHOD OF ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61L15/22 A61L15/32 A61L15/44 A61K45/06 A61P17/02

Abstract RU 2811200 C1

FIELD: biology and medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to accelerate reparative processes and wound healing. The wound microchamber coating is a multilayer structure consisting of a glossy protective base, on which the external supporting, main active and internal hydrophilic adhesive layers are located in succession. The outer supporting layer is made in the form of a flexible film formed from 50 wt. % aqueous solution of gelatin, with a thickness of 250–500 microns. The main active layer, immobilized on the outer support layer, is formed from 3 wt.% polylactide in chloroform in the form of an array of oval-shaped polymer microchambers with a modulator of oxidative homeostasis loaded into them. An internal hydrophilic adhesive layer with a thickness of 30–150 mcm in the area of the top of the microchambers, formed from 1 wt.%, is additionally applied to the main active layer of the coating. % aqueous gelatin solution. A method of obtaining the specified wound microchamber coating is also proposed. The invention ensures the mechanical strength of the product, which allows its use on various areas of the skin, including in the area of the flexor surfaces of the joints, while reducing the risk of peeling of the coating from the wound surface.

EFFECT: resulting wound covering is characterized by optimal adhesive and elastic properties due to dosed regulation of the thickness of the inner and outer layers, as well as the possibility of hidden defects being reduced to a minimum.
