SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in eliminating recessions and increasing the area of attached keratinized gingiva around teeth and implants. An antiseptic treatment of the area of the receiving bed is carried out. A donor graft is prepared by taking a flap from the region of the palate or palatine tubercle with its subsequent de-epithelialization. The receiving bed is prepared for transplantation, the graft is adapted to the receiving bed, the graft is fixed to the vestibular mucosa with interrupted sutures. Then, point etching of the vestibular zone of the corresponding teeth is carried out, the composite is applied to the vestibular flap in the projection of the graft fixed with sutures, and the base is formed in the form of a horizontal beam along the entire media-distal extent of the reconstructed zone, followed by polymerization. At the same time, the base and the crown part of the teeth are combined by means of vertical composite beams and polymerized.

EFFECT: method, due to the additional mechanical support of the reconstructed tissues and hermetic isolation of soft tissues in the operating area, allows to reduce the healing and recovery time in the reconstruction area, eliminate the risk of recession in the future, and achieve the maximum aesthetic effect.
