FIELD: sensor devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention used measuring resistance and capacitance based on a quasi-distributed RC sensor. To measure resistance and capacitance, separate resistive R and capacitive C sensitive elements are used, connected in parallel to each other and forming separate sensitive RC elements, while the individual sensitive RC elements are connected in a tree structure and form a quasi-distributed RC sensor.
EFFECT: providing the ability to simultaneously measure several distributed physical quantities.
