The masticatory muscles are trained using a dental device for biofeedback therapy. At the beginning of the session, the patient tenses and relaxes the masticatory muscles as much as possible; the recorded values are considered a guideline for the correct execution of the exercise of tensing and relaxing the masticatory muscles further. The masticatory muscle training course includes 10 sessions: 1–3 lessons lasting 5 minutes daily, 4–6 lessons lasting 10 minutes every 3 days, 7–10 lessons lasting 15 minutes once a week.
