SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for training and relaxing the masticatory muscles of patients with complete absence of teeth, preparing the masticatory apparatus of patients for prosthetics, for diseases of the temporomandibular joint, for treating parafunction of the masticatory muscles of patients with complete absence of teeth according to the invention, the complex is aimed at preparing patients for taking functional impressions and subsequent prosthetics. The exercises are performed while sitting with your back straight. In the initial stages, it is useful to sit in front of a mirror, thus providing additional visual control. The set of exercises consists of two parts: a set of exercises to stimulate the masticatory muscles and a set of exercises to relax the masticatory muscles.
EFFECT: method ensures the restoration of motor activity, coordination and tone of the masticatory muscles.
