SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for early conservative treatment of mild to moderate corneal burns. The conjunctival cavity is washed. Scarification of damaged areas of the cornea is performed. An antibacterial agent, dexamethasone and a corneoprotector are instilled. As a corneoprotector, “СФЕРО-ОКО” is used in the amount of 2 drops 5 times a day, for a chemical burn for 14 days, for a thermal burn for 21 days. If the surface layers of the corneal stroma are damaged and there is a risk of perforation, a bandage soft contact lens with “СФЕРО-OKO” applied to its surface is used. On the 2nd day, the contact lens is removed and “СФЕРО-OKO” is installed for 14 days 5 times a day. It is possible to repeat the course of treatment with “СФЕРО-ОКО”, 2 drops 3 times a day for 1 month.

EFFECT: invention reduces the inflammatory reaction, accelerates the epithelization of the burn area, prevents the development of corneal perforations and prevents the addition of a secondary infection.
