FIELD: food industry; production of soft drinks.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a dry concentrate for preparing a beverage which is made from apple pomace remaining after the production of juice, crushed in a pulping machine, blackcurrant leaves, previously washed, dried, twisted and fermented, dried lemongrass, by grinding the specified components in a crusher with the addition of bee bread bee, subsequent drying and granulation, while the components are taken at the following initial quantitative ratio, wt.%: 85 of apple cake; 8 of black currant leaves; 5 of bee bread; 2 of dried lemongrass.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating ready-to-eat food products from processed products that have good technological and consumer properties due to the use of only natural ingredients, high organoleptic properties and preventive properties of supporting immunity, the proposed product includes plant raw materials with a rich vitamin composition, provides increased body tone, reduction of fatigue, produced using recycled materials, which helps to reduce cost.
