FIELD: additive technologies.

SUBSTANCE: serial production of products from powder materials. To produce a product using the direct laser growing method, a 3D model of the product is constructed and a 3D model of batches of products located in successive rows is formed. Combined layer-by-layer printing using the direct laser growth method is carried out with two powder materials supplied from two independent dosing devices, based on a three-dimensional model of the location of batches of products in the build chamber, forming successive rows from the build platform and arranged from products of larger volume to products of smaller volume. Separation of batches of products is carried out by constructing a shutter in the form of a thin plate between the rows of batches of products, parallel to the construction platform.

EFFECT: reduced production time and increased productivity.
