SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for osteosynthesis of femoral neck fractures. 5 wires are passed through the fracture line of the femoral neck and bent in a V-shape to form a closed loop. The screw is installed in the femur, moving 0.5–1.0 cm distal from the point where the pins are inserted into the bone. An eight-shaped tightening wire loop is passed around the head of the screw and through the loops of the knitting needles, fixing the knitting needles and the screw together.
EFFECT: method ensures that the amplitude of migration of the wires in the distal direction is limited upon the onset of consolidation of the femoral neck fracture and its shortening due to lysis due to the fact that the wire loop is fixed above the body of the screw screwed into the bone under its head, which prevents it from slipping.
