METHOD OF INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/16 A61M21/00

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to correct the psycho-emotional state. The patient is presented, taking into account his age and characteristics of his psycho-emotional state, a set of illustration cards being related in semantic content and genre for familiarization, selection and pairwise comparison, explanation of the reasons for the similarity/difference of each identified feature and the expected sequence of events. The patient's statements are recorded in writing. A healthcare professional identifies the patient’s personal characteristics through morphological and qualitative analysis of the recorded statements and then formulates recommendations for the patient’s independent work on the problem. The health care worker asks the patient to give a title to each picture card. The health care professional then asks the patient to complete homework on converting and/or using the selected picture cards. When discussing homework, the actions performed and accompanying thoughts are noted, and those leading to neutralization and/or improvement of the patient’s psycho-emotional state are identified. Recommendations for the patient to independently work on the problem are formulated.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility to reduce the level of negative emotional experience and autonomic arousal, increase the intensity of the patient's positive emotions, and adequately change the patient's behavior.
