SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant plasmid DNA of the sgRNA(MS2)_zeo_Myc series. These plasmid DNAs encode a guide RNA sequence containing a 21 nucleotide long region complementary to the promoter region of the human Myc gene ensuring activation of the MYC gene in human cells. The invention also relates to a method of producing a monoclonal human breast cancer cell line BT549_Myc with stably increased expression of the Myc gene.

EFFECT: obtaining a human cell lines with overexpression of the Myc gene; the invention is also intended for research and development.
