SUBSTANCE: recombinant plasmid pSM-ZsGreen is proposed, which codes human proteins SOX2 and C-MYC and a fluorescent protein ZsGreen, intended for temporary or permanent expression of genes SOX2, C-MYC and ZsGreen in human cultivated cells and providing for stable expression of the introduced gene.
EFFECT: recombinant plasmid may be used as a vector for production of induced pluripotent human stem cells.
