SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for storage and noise-immune covert data transmission. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device contains a memory device, a communication line, an address and mode generator, a trigger pulse shaper, key generators (data encryption, noise-like signal codes (NLS) and decryption), a data encoder, a decoder, a switch block, a switch control block, a receiving device, a data generator, which provide two data encryption operations and the generation of NLS codes, ensuring the covert transmission of encrypted data to the user in an optimal way over the communication line, including in the presence of noise.
EFFECT: increasing the security of data from external influences during their storage and transmission.
