FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering and communication means. Objective of the invention is to further ensure the security of discrete messages when they are transmitted over a communication channel. Method consists in transmission on variable time intervals (slots) encrypted by method of renumbering message element values by one of noise-like signals, which selection is encrypted. Device comprises generators, a communication channel, a matched filter, a resolver, a discrete message restorer, a decoder, a trigger signal generator, switchboard unit, switchboard control unit, slot programmer.
EFFECT: additional increase in security during transmission of messages due to synchronized encryption on each slot, provision of energy-secretive and optimal transmission of messages in the presence of noise and interference.
