SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of transmitting discrete messages. Method consists in transmitting message elements with noise-like signals, the selection of which is encrypted. System comprises an encoder, a decoder, a trigger signal generator, a switch unit, a switch control unit, a noise-like signal generator, a communication channel, matched filter, a decision device, a switch unit, a switch control unit, a regenerator of discrete messages, generators of encryption and decryption keys, a generator of noise-like signals.
EFFECT: high security of transmission by providing energy-secret transmission of encrypted discrete messages in the presence of noise and interference.
