SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and to computer equipment, storage devices and noise-immune covert transmission of encrypted data in the presence of noise using a finite set of noise-like signals. Device comprises a memory device, communication lines, a control device, a trigger pulse generator, key generators (data and code encryption and decryption), a data encoder, a decoder, a switch unit, a switch control unit, a receiving device, a data generator and a slot programmer.
EFFECT: providing energy-secret transmission of encrypted data to a user over a communication line.
