FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of noise-immune covert transmission of encrypted discrete messages in the presence of noise using a finite set of noise-like signals. Method consists in transmitting message elements with noise-like signals, the selection of which is encrypted. System comprises an encoder, a decoder; trigger signal generator, switch unit, switch control unit, noise-like signal generator, communication channel, matched filter, resolver, reconstructor of discrete messages, generators of encryption keys, decryption and encryption codes.
EFFECT: high security and providing energy-secret transmission of encrypted discrete messages in the presence of noise.
