SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, computer equipment, storage devices and noise-immune covert transmission of encrypted data in the presence of noise using a finite set of codes of noise-like signals. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device comprises a storage device, a communication line, an encryption key generator, an encoder, an address and mode generator, trigger pulse generator, switch unit, code encryption key generator, switch control unit, code generator, receiving device, switch unit, data generator, decoder, decryption key generator, code decryption key generator, switch control unit. During operation of the device, two encryption operations are performed, secret transmission of encrypted data to a user in an optimal way along a communication line, including in the presence of noise.
EFFECT: providing secure transmission of encrypted data to a user.
