FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and computer engineering and communication means. Method consists in transmission on variable time intervals (slots) encrypted by the method of renumbering message element values by one of noise-like signals, the selection of which is encrypted. Device has generators, a communication channel, a matched filter, a resolver, a recovery device of discrete messages, a decoder, a coder, a trigger signal generator, a unit of switches, a unit of converters, control units, a programmer slot.
EFFECT: high security of discrete messages during transmission over a communication channel due to synchronized encryption of NLS code numbers on variable time intervals (slots), enabling energy-secretive and optimal transmission of discrete messages to a user over a communication channel in the presence of noise and interference.
