SUBSTANCE: method of transmitting HARQ-ACK is performed by user equipment and includes: determining a first set of slots and a second set of slots, wherein first set of slots comprises slots corresponding to PDSCH channels in multi-TTI scheme, and second set of slots comprises slots in feedback window corresponding to HARQ-ACK codebook, and a HARQ-ACK codebook is included in the PUCCH for returning HARQ-ACK signals of PDSCH channels in a multi-TTI scheme; determining at least one group of slots contained in the first set of slots and not contained in the second set of slots, and a target slot one-to-one corresponding to each group of slots; determining logical HARQ-ACK in the target slot in accordance with the HARQ-ACK in each slot in each group of slots and HARQ-ACK in the target slot corresponding to each group of slots; and transmitting the HARQ-ACK codebook.

EFFECT: enabling return of HARQ-ACK signals of all PDSCH in PDSCH multi-TTI scheme by means of HARQ-ACK codebook transmitted in PUCH.
