SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for recovery after psychological traumas. Movement is performed with hands describing a contour in the form of figure eights. At that, at least three exercises are performed by hands in the form of two figure eights so that longitudinal axis of the first figure eight is vertical, and longitudinal axis of the second figure eight is horizontal. To do the exercise, fingers are folded into a lock, and thumbs are crossed. After that, hands are moved to the left upwards and then the upper contour of the first figure eight is described. After the upper contour of the first figure eight is completed, the arms continue to move downwards to the left and then the lower contour of the first figure eight is described. After that, moving to the left is continued upwards and then the left contour of the second figure eight is described. After the left contour of second figure eight is completed, movement to the right is continued upwards and the right contour of second figure eight is described.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of recovery after psychological traumas.
