SUBSTANCE: for measuring the spectrum and cepstral parameters of information acoustic signals of television and radio broadcasting. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the original acoustic signal is converted into a digital information signal, from which sequences of digital signal segments are formed, after which the Nuttall window function is applied to each segment, and then in each segment a direct fast Fourier transform of code combinations is performed and the pairs of spectral transformation coefficients are formed, after which in each segment the square of the spectrum modulus and its logarithm are calculated, and then the inverse fast Fourier transform is performed and a digital power cepstrum signal is obtained in each segment, after which the cepstrum peak factor value is obtained in each segment, and then the value of the relative average power (RAP) of the cepstrum in each cepstral segment is obtained.

EFFECT: providing the ability to improve the quality of broadcast signals.
