FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Installation with microwave energy supply for high-temperature moulding of secondary meat raw material, characterized by the fact that it contains a horizontally located non-ferromagnetic resonator in the form of a truncated cone, where on the side of the large base there is a loading container with a non-ferromagnetic electrically driven grinder valve, wherein inside the non-ferromagnetic resonator there is an electrically driven screw conveyor with dielectric screws with a pitch of not more than two depths of wave penetration, with a dielectric shaft connected to the non-ferromagnetic shaft, at the level of the non-ferromagnetic stationary annular plate rigidly attached to the perimeter of the open small base of the non-ferromagnetic resonator, wherein non-ferromagnetic rotating annular plate and pressing mechanisms with damping spring and nut are rigidly mounted on the non-ferromagnetic shaft, and between stationary and rotating non-ferromagnetic annular plates an adjustable annular gap is formed, wherein coaxially to the inner shell of the non-ferromagnetic resonator a dielectric slotted screen in the form of a truncated cone shell is rigidly attached, with length to the pressing chamber formed between the last dielectric screw of the electrically driven screw conveyor and the non-ferromagnetic stationary annular plate, and the air cooling magnetrons with waveguides are located along the length of the resonator with a shift along perimeter by 120 degrees, from below on the outer surface of the non-ferromagnetic resonator there is an opening closed by a mesh for the liquid fraction, under which a receiving container is installed, and the receiving container of the finished product is located under the annular gap.
EFFECT: invention allows to preserve fodder value of secondary biological raw material during thermal treatment in continuous mode in conditions of farms.
