FIELD: meat industry.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to process equipment of meat industry enterprises and can be used for extraction of fat from slaughter animals bones. Continuous-flow microwave installation for extraction of fat from bones of slaughter animals comprises a vertical housing in the form of a non-ferromagnetic truncated cone 4 with loading 1 and receiving 11 containers. Inside the housing there is an electrically driven flail rotor 8 coaxially located. Non-ferromagnetic shaft 3 and non-ferromagnetic housing 4 form coaxial resonator 9. Three air-cooled magnetrons 10 with waveguides are installed on the outer surface of the coaxial resonator with shift of 120 degrees in height. Fluoroplastic hubs 6 are attached to the non-ferromagnetic shaft of flail rotor 8, to which four corundum beaters 7 are attached on pins in pairs on two opposite sides. Each next pair of beaters is shifted by 30 degrees, forming a helical line. To inner shell of non-ferromagnetic truncated cone 4 there is coaxially installed shell of dielectric truncated cone 5, coated with abrasive material. Between the outer edge of beater 7 of flail rotor 8 and the inner surface of the dielectric truncated housing there is a gap.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to intensify heat exchange due to use of microwave energy supply in resonator, where crushed raw material is subjected to thermomechanical action.
