FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to therapy, infectious diseases, dentistry and gastroenterology, and can be used for correction of oral microbiota in children and adults with intestinal protozoal infections. Course of treatment of the gastrointestinal tract with antiprotozoal agents is provided for the patient and persons in contact with him/her. Simultaneously with antiprotozoal agents, for the patient Narine-balance is used in dose of 5 ml for adult and 2.5 ml for a child before meals 2 times day for 10 days. Then, the patient’s intestinal and oral microbiota is recovered by administering probiotic Biovestin-lacto 1.5 ml for adult and 0.5 ml for a child after meals 2 times day for 14 days.
EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency of oral microbiota correction, reduced period of treatment and increase the period of remission until complete recovery due to normalization of microbial balance in two adjacent biotopes of the human body taking into account the parasitic component of the microbiota.
